About the Index
Progress Tracker allows you to create an index for each of your module books. The initial index created by Progress Tracker consists of page names from your book. You can then edit the index to modify, add, or delete index entries for each page.
Here is a sample of the Index window as seen by the end user (see Tracker's User Level Help for details on this window):

The Index has two purposes:
If you provide the Index functionality
(using either the Catalog's
Index button or the OpenScript prog_showPageIndexes message), your end user can locate topics
and jump directly to associated training pages.
When the end-user wants to add a Favorite for a particular training page, the primary index entry for the page is used as the default name of the Favorite (the page name is used if no index has been defined).
