Access this tool from the Shortcuts palette, or from a custom palette or custom menu that you have configured with the Viewers tool.

Clicking the Viewers button opens the ToolBook Viewers window. This is the equivalent of the ToolBook menu combination Object -> Viewers... or Shift+F10.

The ToolBook Viewers window allows you to add, delete, copy, paste, or edit the properties of viewers.

The Viewers window will display in both author and reader level.
