Access this tool from the Shortcuts palette or from a custom palette or custom menu that you have configured with the Toolbar tool. |

Use this tool to show or hide the ToolBook author level toolbar. This is the equivalent of the ToolBook menu combination View -> Tool Bar or pressing Ctrl+F12.
The ToolBook author level toolbar gives access to features such as File Open, File Save, Command Window, etc.
The Toolbar will not display at reader level. |
