All Platte Canyon products come with free email and telephone support through 30 days after your purchase date. 

Paid phone support and email-only support after this period for TBK Tracker, Progress Tracker, Exam Engine, Training Studio, ToolBook Translation System, and Tracker.Net is available for the indicated fee. To order, please use the order form). Telephone and email technical support is available on the other Platte Canyon products for the life of the product (until there is a major release of the next version of the product).
